Very poor service by the sales staff. They wasted my time and money on a car that was very different from what was advertised/described. The car had a scuff on the bumper and dents on every panel except the roof. A horrible oil burning smell emanating from the engine. The salesman's response to my findings was, "these issues are all reflected in the price!" lol. It was a really disappointing experience. They even forgot to give me back my licence. Avoid this garage at all costs.

I recently bought a car from Nissan down south but live on Wirral, decided to take the car for a 1st service in lookers in Chester and dealt with a lovely lady called Hayley, not only did she deal with the service but also covered the brakes under warranty for me! She was absolutely fantastic I have never dealt with a receptionist who is very thorough at there job she kept me informed every step of the way and the best part of it, it was done and dusted in a few hours, a man called Rob came to collect the car and brought it back when they had completed it, he was friendly they are 1 of the best Nissan dealerships iv ever dealt with, fantastic care will definitely be going back there if I need anything new I would recommend you deal with Hayley as she is fantastic.
