My salesman Alan helped so much with the purchase of my Mustang, I cannot thank him enough. Not only courteous and polite, but very knowledgeable about the finer details of the vehicle (of which there were many). Slightly complex paperwork to complete, but my hand was gently, but thoroughly held all the way through. 10 out of 10!

I bought a car in February and I went all the way to Colchester to collect the car paid the money and I was told they will send the documents as email pdf.they gave me the wrong COC certificate wheelchair,I bought a 5 seater but in the coc it has 7 seater on the document i explained it to them but they didn’t want to do nothing about it was very unprofessional and not helpful don’t recommend this company It fake documents COC

Part exchanged my ford Ka for a newer model. It wasn't explained to me until I went to pick up the car that my tax was going up from £30 a year to £165 a year. Surely this should of been explained to me earlier. I don't know if I would of gone through with the sale had I of known. 😢😢

I took an insurance for body work damage when I bought my car and when it come to making a claim I was not covered . On one side of the paper work it says we will cover , scratches , scuffs, and DENTS TO THE BODY WORK. of your vehicle including wing mirrors and BUMBERS and on the other side of the insurance it says DAMAGE TO BONNETS ,ROOFS, BOOT LIDS, TAILGATES OR HORIZONTAL SURFACES SUBJECT TO STONE CHIPS. This insurance is not worth the paper it’s written on it is a big CON. It’s never worth £399 . They are only out to make money for there commission on a sale . PLEASE THINK HARD BEFORE YOU TAKE OUT THIS INSURANCE

We bought our car here and everything seemed ok, the sales guy talked us into buying extra insurance on alloy wheels, dents on the car and wing mirror protection in total £700 extra, if you look at the policy it read covers the body work but in fact it does not cover boot, bonnet, or tail gate , not a lot left to cover is there, £399 that cost what a load of shit, and when you speak with them you get a nice talking manager who talks a load crap, I would advise everyone not to go and buy a car here, AND ESPECIALLY DON’T take any of there insurances out because your just throwing your well earned money away, they sell you this so craftily making out it’s so good, Beware of crafty sales people😡
