I bought my first car in the Mercedes-Benz of Eastbourne. My experience couldn’t have been so pleasant without highly professional staff. From day one when I contacted them till I left the centre with my new car I was given amazing nothing but professional advice and support. Especially I want thank you Arron and Matt who made this possible. Highly professional agents. They provided me with all the needed information and offers for my car. They just gained another satisfied customer! Highly recommend this centre!!! Thank you all but specially Arron and Matt!!

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Mercedes Benz of Eastbourne. The whole process was a smooth and pleasant ride from beginning to end thanks to the care of our salesman, Patrick Pearce, not only was he extremely genuine and a true gentleman, but also incredibly professional. When I attended my appointment, I had no intention whatsoever of walking out with a brand new vehicle, actually the very opposite. Patrick took his time and has patiently listened to my concerns which he addressed with no hesitation, making valuable and sensible suggestions without putting me under any pressure or rushing me either way. In the end, thanks to his relaxed approach I have left with a gorgeous C Class and I feel like my dignity is still fully intact.😊 I truly appreciate Patrick’s support every step of the way. Every time I drive my new car or even just look at it I feel the need to pinch myself, thank you Patrick for making a dream come true. You have 10 stars from me! Also a huge thank you to the whole team at Mercedes Benz of Eastbourne as everyone was fantastic and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Apsoluttly apealing service, they all available strait away before u hand over money. And after that it is no way u can talk with any of people involved if u find some problems with car. Taking me 2 weeks of daily phone calls and person who im askimg about is alway on another line or with custome and will return call (but that never happend). So would be my last Mercedes purchase from that dealership and yes will probably write to daimler benz to expres my concerns.

At the end of my 4 year PCP deal, having been very happy with my SLC and having put less miles on it than I expected to, I decided to buy it. Thanks to Carl Herrington for providing me with some helpful advice about the advantages and the cost-benefits of continuing with a Mercedes service car plan with Lookers. Based on this information and my experience to date, I have taken out another four year plan.

I can only commend most highly the service provided by Luke at Mercedes Eastbourne. He could not have been more helpful both before and after our purchase. He is a credit to Lookers and the Mercedes brand as were all other personnel that we came into contact with.
Had the brakes replaced at Lookers Tonbridge and average MPG fell from 40+ to 34+. Took it back more than once but no change. Moved to Eastbourne and had a check-over. Brakes completely cleaned and adjusted - average MPG back up! Annual service noticed oil leak which was traced to incorrect replacement of transmission oil and filter by Tonbridge - repaired gratis. I realise this is more of a complaint about Lookers of Tonbridge, but the staff at Eastbourne made up for that. Would highly recommend.
