Bought a Grandland from Ellesmere Port, was aware of issues with the Wet Belts on them and they showed me the confirmation that they had carried out a wet belt change so all good. Very happy with the car!

Bought a car from here and of July2024, had to take it back 3 times with numerous faults. So far on the 3rd visit they have had my car for over 7 weeks due to not being able to get part, lookers have had my car more than the time I have had the car. I am disgusted as I have lost all my confidence with this car. I have complained with an email and the vehicle ombudsman and still heard nothing. I would not recommend buying a car from this company as obviously they do not do vehicle checks before selling cars. Do not buy from this company

Grandland x pre 2018 has a major engine fault which caused other manufacturers to recalll the cars with same engine. Issue is with wet belt and oil...oil light came on after 14 days, which we reported. Refusing a refund, am taking legal action

I have just bought a Mokka X from Lookers Ellesmere Port with the help of Daniel from the sales team and he really looked after me. He made the whole experience so easy, nothing was too much trouble, I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into anything, he just explained everything, helped me get my position right in the car, came on the test drives with me for support and he was just great, patient and friendly and professional - and I have a lovely new car.
