They will claim they offer quality inspection to each vehicle, but will not describe any faults they have discovered. Do not buy used vehicle from them as they will not fix faults you discovered after purchase they have hidden or not described to you. Customer service very rude and intimidating. The manager after sale will say they will not do anything about those faults... or quote you a lot of money to fix it

I have used Lookers Vauxhall in Ellesmere Port for many years, but my last purchase was a total disaster. My car developed a fault with a noise coming from the engine area at low speed. Lookers were not prepared to find the cause because of the cost involved, if they could not cure the fault their excuse was Vauxhall Motors would not reimburse to cost. I was told it was a characteristic noise, but the manager at Lookers agreed it was an aggravating noise when he drove the car, but would not do anything to solve it, mileage on the mileometre 6000. on a 17 Registration Plate. I have decided to sell the car simply because it annoys me, and distracts me when driving, so much, that i hate driving it, thus making a huge loss after less than a year, and only covering 4000 miles. I will add to this, i part exchanged an Astra for this Astra, i can honestly say that car had no characteristic noise at all. I have learnt the hard way, It has taught me to never trust a salesperson in the car Dealership again, they promise you everything when you are looking to buy, but if you ever have a genuine problem its hard look. the Guarantee from Vauxhall Motors Luton is not worth the paper it is written on, that goes for any prommises Lookers Vauxhall make to their customers when first putting their foot inside their show rooms. as i first mentioned i have purchased Vauxhall cars for the last 55 years, but rest assured, never ever again.
