Very disappointed with the "I don't give a toss attitude " by one or two of the car sales lads regarding my car tax reimbursement. If it wasn't for the fact that the top dog was contacted about this matter then I would of been waiting for an eternity. Shameful and Very unprofessional to say the least.

Went in to lookers in ellesmere port and seen the car I liked I spoke with Carl Randles who was extremely helpful from start to finish talked thru everything I needed to know and helped me with everything from start to finished thank u very much i would recommend anyone to go to lookers and ask for carl randles

Having today (12.07.21) bought a vastly overpriced tyre pressure sensor (£58) for my 18 plate Insigna taxi from Lookers Vauxhall Ellesmere port, I had it replaced for £10 at a local tyre replacement centre. The dash warning light remained lit (MOT failure). I contacted a 'Karen' (see YouTube) at Ellesmere port and was told I would have to wait at least 1 week before they would bother diagnosing the fault, no doubt at great expense, EVEN THOUGH I explained my taxi licence would be revoked if my vehicle hadn't a current MOT by the time of my taxi licence expiry date! After digging out my handbook, I discovered that after a tyre/wheel replacement the vehicle needs to sit for 20 mins and then driven below 60 mph for 10 minutes for the vehicle to re-set its readings. So I was left in panic for the entire morning that I was about to lose my livelihood due to the incompetence and unprofessionalism of their first port of call! Who, by the way answered my initial phone call with " I'm going home "!! Check the recording. Never buy a Vauxhall, Never use Lookers Vauxhall Ellesmere port.
