We have purchased a Fiesta ST for our sons first car through Taz at Lookers Leeds, from the initial enquiry through to picking the car up Taz has been fantastic and in this day and age good old fashion service came into play. He always phoned back and prepared the online paperwork immediately to make the process seamless. We collected the car a week later and in these difficult times and the car was everything we wanted and expected. Thank you Lookers, I would have no hesitation in recommending Taz and Lookers. 🙏

I just part exchanged my fiesta for a 2019 version. Although the process is time consuming I am happy with the service I received from Richard at Lookers in Leeds. I recently part exchanged my Ford Fiesta for the latest version. I don’t enjoy having to buy cars however the service I received made this an easy process. Richard was my sales person and listened to my requests including my request for a reasonable part exchange deal. Recently visited another garage where I was offered an insulting amount for my car. This was not the case at Lookers where they agreed to the amount I was looking for in part exchange. Despite there being many forms to complete Richard assisted me with these. Very pleased with my new car An overall good experience

I bought a Fiesta from here back in August. One of the dealers was really awkward about me coming to collect the car on the day that was originally agreed on so eventually I had to send someone else to collect it on my behalf which was a lot o hassle. The car wasn't very clean and the overall service wasn't great. Some of the dealers were alright so I would recommend them but not the man that was dealing with me.
