We bought a Mercedes c350 from Scott who is excellent at his job. He made sure that everything was sorted out before delivery. Even when there was a problem Scott made effort to drive down to us and fix the number plate which had come off. I would give 10/10 for customer service by the staff and especially Scott.

Dreadful service, car started to vibrate when braking from 75 to 50, so booked car in as still under warranty, arrive on time and advise the rep not to do any work that is not covered under warranty, I am then advised that there will be a charge of £174, I tell them not to bother and to hand back my keys, 10 minutes later I am told the garage can do a free visual inspection. I politely decline. I am somewhat confused as to why a sudden charge of £174 is quoted when I tell them not to do any work that is not covered under the warranty. What is the charge for and why is it there if the car is under warranty. Disappointing as the gentleman I booked the car in with was spot on

The issue is terrible, it makes the car unpleasant to drive. The vibration when you slow down and stop (0-2 mph) is the kind you would get on a 15 yr old transit van. Not acceptable, I cannot understand how they managed to get an oil and brake fluid change so wrong that they have RUINED my car. I am taking the issue to Mercedes Benz Germany, I love the car, i love the brand but I detest the UK dealerships/ Lookers/ service experience. I work for a customer experience company, and this is the kind of customer experience disaster I frequently give talks about. It appalls me that I am now experiencing this first hand. A premium car experience for service should be I pay a premium price for a service, the car comes back feeling better, the log book stamped and with the minimum of hassle and inconvenience. I now have the ongoing hassle of trying to get this resolved, but Mercedes Benz Gatwick/ Lookers have stopped returning my calls. A call to Mercedes-Benz Germany - PLEASE HELP. And also, why can I not give zero stars? These are the basics of premium automotive brand experience. Carry out a service without RUINING the customer's vehicle.

Car was collected at 8.45 a.m. At 1 p m received a video with the checks being done. Car delivered back to us at 2.23 p.m. Very happy with Mercedes Crawley. I would like to make a special mention to Aiden who was extremely polite and helpful, and to Jamie for his helpfulness and care and attention to the car. Thanks to all of you.

Extremely poor service - they talk to women as if they don't have a clue about cars, no professionalism, intimidating and plain rude. After purchasing a brand new car from them, they refused to help in anyway, made me follow up everything on my own. The worst part of it was - they took my BANK account details and wrote it on a piece of paper to set up a service plan, which guess what? Was never set up. I rang and spoke to the MB Servicing team and they didn't have my details on board and had my existing car details which they 'apparently' cancelled. How dodgy. They have breached GDPR and now I will deal with this a as separate matter. AVOID. They will target you and make you look like the dumb one and then make you feel even more shit when you ask questions.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Fareed Osman whilst purchasing my A Class, which was delivered this afternoon. Due to a recent accident, I was unable to visit the showroom and Fareed made the whole process very easy. Fareed sent me a video of the vehicle within 45 minutes of my first enquiry, was on hand to answer any questions I had almost immediately, took care of all the paperwork promptly and made the overall experience very enjoyable. I felt valued and looked after. Fareed went above and beyond to ensure any little marks were buffed away, service was carried out, along with MOT and even a full tank of petrol upon delivery. Couldn’t ask for more. Russell who delivered was brilliant. Took me through the controls, showed me where different things were located and even connected my phone to the cars Bluetooth system. Overall experience with Mercedes Benz Gatwick has been flawless.
