My Juke was on a recall for the rear child locks, took it in to get it sorted. Everything went fine. Just had a call from Craig to check everything went well for me and I have to say that the follow up was as good as the actual service. I'm going to return there to look for a newer car than the one I have and I have no doubt that the service then will be just as good as the service I have just had.
