Just bought a new car from Nissan Newcastle. Jordan and Anthony made the whole experience a pleasure. They took the time to look after me and explain everything thoroughly. Would highly recommend.

Car is only 3 years old with less than 20,000 miles on the clock. An engine light came on the dash. Called out RAC who said it was the oil filter - if it's not had it’s service yet, it would be a good idea to get one then this will turn off the warning light. MOT was due at the end of the month so booked it in with Lookers NISSAN, Portland Road, Newcastle for a Major Service and it's MOT to ensure it passed. Spoke to 2 different people 3 times and explained each time exactly why I was getting the Major Service done - to pass it's MOT. Lookers NISSAN then failed my car's MOT, serviced it then passed it's MOT! So now my 3 year old car with less than 20,000 miles on the clock has a failed MOT on it's history for ever and all I got from them was excuses - they even tried to blame me! The Service Manager said he would have to retrieve the telephone conversations to make sure I had asked for that - as if I’m going to say ‘oh would you mind failing my car on it’s MOT then do the service after that, then pass it next time please!’ I won't be going back - a shame really since I bought the car form there and have bought many from there before this one but the After Service is abysmal and if I could have given this review 0 stars I would have.

I recently came to Nissan Newcastle to purchase a Nissan GTR, my sales person was Richard Stokoe he was amazing help and aided me to the best of his ability as I live in South Wales, he was a breath of fresh air and his knowledge was outstanding! very please with the car I was sold and for futures to come. definitely a go to garage if you are in the pipeworts for buying GTR that's for sure.
