Don’t buy from this garage !! They do a health check before selling the car !! Even though we was told it passed the check and had no issues - later to find out that the break pads where an advisory on this check but hid this from us - has car 4 months and now need new disks and pads as they are below 2mm !!!! Even tho the MOT 3 weeks before lookers sold the car to my son had disks and pads as an advisory!!! Not transparent with customers. Jamie the sales manager is rude and not helpful !!!!! DO NOY BUY FROM THIS GARAGE ! UNTRUSTWORTHY liars

After visiting the dealership looking for a small hatch back, I had a discussion With Adrian, my first choice was a Ford Fiesta but as I could not find one at the price I wanted to pay. After discussing small hatch backs he then said he had a Ford Fiesta just come in that week as part exchange, the car Adrian showed me was just what I wanted, his attention to detail and his service manner was I must admit nothing short of excellent. Thank you Adrian for your help in getting me the car I so wanted. Steve Blake👍👍

I have recently leased a Vauxhall Corsa from Lookers,Selly Oak The friendly, professional staff-especially Naz and Jamie made the whole process as easy as possible. They were very knowledgeable and guided me through the process with patience. I took my previous Vauxhall car for service to Selly Oak-all staff friendly, approachable instilling confidence in work undertaken. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lookers Selly Oak.

I have purchased Vauxhall cars over 20 years from Kingston Surrey. Although I have been nervous about going elsewhere (approx 100 miles away) I approached Lookers Selly Oak namely Sales Consultant Phil Obassi. Phil has done a great job from start to finish (from clinching the sales deal up to car delivery to the customer). Phil has worked hard and made it happen . Great Job Phil you are an asset to the Company. Keep up the good work. I will definitely go to Lookers for my next Vauxhall car..
