On the day that I started to look for a new car I had been to various different dealers before I went into Lookers Stockport. The attention I received there was in a different class to that experienced at other dealers. The salesperson that I ultimately dealt with was Nicky. Nicky was extremely helpful without being pushy answering my queries in a plain straight forward way. After a second visit and a test drive I ordered a Dacia Duster on the 20th of October. As Dacia was changing to a new style of branding, the car that I ordered would not be available until January. In the intervening period to delivery Nicky was always available to answer questions in a friendly manner, even coping with my strange sense of humour on the occasions she dealt with me and I will certainly recommend Lookers and especially Nicky to friends. Well delivery did occur in January and Nicky patiently guided me through the paperwork and I finally took possession of my Duster with which I am delighted. Thank you Nicky for making this such a pleasant transaction.

She arranged a test drive immediately, Offered a good part exchange price, Helped with the online paperwork [which was beyond my ageing computer] and made the whole process very simple. There was no pressure to buy and the car is just what we wanted. Amazing value for money.
