Nicola Russell made everything happen with the delivery of my new car
On the day that I started to look for a new car I had been to various different dealers before I went into Lookers Stockport. The attention I received there was in a different class to that experienced at other dealers. The salesperson that I ultimately dealt with was Nicky. Nicky was extremely helpful without being pushy answering my queries in a plain straight forward way. After a second visit and a test drive I ordered a Dacia Duster on the 20th of October. As Dacia was changing to a new style of branding, the car that I ordered would not be available until January. In the intervening period to delivery Nicky was always available to answer questions in a friendly manner, even coping with my strange sense of humour on the occasions she dealt with me and I will certainly recommend Lookers and especially Nicky to friends. Well delivery did occur in January and Nicky patiently guided me through the paperwork and I finally took possession of my Duster with which I am delighted. Thank you Nicky for making this such a pleasant transaction.
I am very happy with the Salesman Gary Smith. Excellent Customer Services. Explained all Documents to me very competently. I will come back to Lookers Renault for my next Car.

I enquired on a New Dacia and Daniel was lovely polite young man, gave me all the information I’d required and offered a test drive (which I wasn’t at another dealership) unfortunately I didn’t purchase the Dacia and this was just due to the lead time but would off definitely purchased from Lookers Dacia and Dan if I could of got the vehicle asap. I would like to thanks Steve and Paul in service reception fot their excellent and speedy help with fixing my car. The service at this dealership is always fantastic and the help they offered yesterday could not be faulted.
I bought a new Renault Captur a year ago and it was due its first service end of this month. I had been paying for a service plan over the year so when trying to book this first service I assumed I wouldn't need to pay for it because it was covered. However, on talking to the appointments reception centre I was informed that I had been paying for a service plan for my previous car (Clio) and not my new car. I was also informed that I hadn't been paying enough towards the current plan and was asked to pay a further payment of £86.00 just to cover the shortfall. The following monthly payments were also increased to accommodate the next years service. Because I was annoyed at having to pay the £86 I e-mailled lookers. Two days later I received a response by phone from the dealership (no complaints about the response time) Unfortunately I wasn't able to take the call but my other half took it on my behalf as I was working. When I got home later that day I then found out I hadn't needed to pay for the service plan in the first place as when buying the car there was a service plan included. Moral of the story read the small print. I would just like to add that lookers response time to my complaint was good. Although Ron (aftersales manager) at Lookers initially phoned and talked to my other half about the mistake, it was Louise who I spoke to the next day on the service desk who explained everything to me. Louise has worked at Lookers for many years and is a familiar face, friendly and always taken time to provide excellent customer service (and no she isn't paying me to say this!) And thank you to Ron whoever you are for advising me to phone service plan people to get a refund.

Great help from Carly when my key fob wouldn’t work. All sorted with a new battery but initially it was a worry. Very helpful showing me how to use the key in the fob to open the door and lock the car if the problem happened again. Richard also was helpful and the lady on the reception desk. I bought my car new in 2013 from this garage and it has been a great car for the last 9 years . Will look to replace this car over the next two years with another Renault.
The customer service ( louise Mcfarlane ) I can’t express enough the help & advice was absolutely superb thank you very much for making my experience with Renault lookers 1st class highly recommend

Lookers in Stockport are part of the Lookers Group and this branch specialises in selling new and used Renault's across Cheshire. An extensive range of new Renault cars are available with over 100 approved used models also for sale. Looker Stockport have trained Renault mechanics on site to provide servicing, parts and MOT's. Finance and leasing options can be arranged. On their website it states that this Lookers dealership is open 7 days a week.
