I have been massively inconvenienced by this dealership from day one. To sum up 3 month of continuous hassle, They promised to do things that they didn't do before the sale, They have been a total shambles getting various problems fixed under warranty to the point where it's almost farcical. It has cost me hours and hours of my free time and petrol costs driving to and from the dealership countless times to find they have not fixed the car. There are still lights flashing on the dash and now I can't get through to them as the number provided to me doesn't exists. They have been rude and arrogant throughout and fobbed me off at every opportunity. I'm very unhappy with this dealership to say the least.

Car was sold to us with a dodgy MOT that wasn't valid. Was sold with breaks that had been worn down to bear metal. Dodgy gear box and the turbo went on this car. We had only had the car for 3 months and it had been back to lookers 4 times for numerous things. We had to hand the car back due to having the DSG gearbox go which my partner had told the garage before we bought the car and they had said they would fix it. Then the turbo went on the car and we ended up handing it back to garage and they refunded us for the 3 monthly payments we had made and the deposit we had out down We tried to raise this further with someone but they took no interest, They should not be trading!!!
