2 weeks and only contact I’ve had was from the manager complaining that I had left them a negative review on their customer survey. Going elsewhere - don’t waste your time.

I have bought 3 cars and one van in the past from lookers and companies they have took over ,so I decided when I needed a new van I would use them what a mistake.i went to newcastle to view a second hand one rj19 jyx decided I would buy it but they would not budge on price even for cash.the manager there asked if we would be interested in a new Vw t6.1 and if the price was right I said I would buy one .he proceeded on his computors to tell us all the discounts he was for going and made it sound a good deal he came up with a price of £34596. I thought this was excessive so declined. When I came home I rang lookers in Glasgow and spoke to a mr Wallace who offered me the same vehicle for £31165 over £3000 cheaper. The distance put me off as I live near durham so I rang Vw York and got an even cheaper price.PROFIT is not a dirty word but you lot do not value old customers and I was being ripped of at Newcastle ,will not be buying from you again ever
