From meeting Zad in the car park on Friday 5th July 2024 he was nothing short of exceptional in customer service regarding the car I had viewed online. He was most helpful in his assistance to help me regarding the technicalities with my mobile phone as I'm not mobile phone savvy. this continued on the Saturday with completeing my finance application agreement.I couldn’t thank him enough with all his help in the process making things go smoothly with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Zad to my friends and family looking to purchase a Land Rover car from the Glasgow South branch. Thanks once again Finlay Gilfillan.

Made a specific appointment to view an ex demo vehicle. E-mailed them and then they rang me. They knew I was coming some distance. Got there at the appointed time to be told, at first, "the customer had not brought it back" (what customer you might ask as it was an ex management demo car?) and then "oh, it has just been sold." Asked why they had not rung or e-mailed to tell me whichever of these stories might be true and save me a wasted journey, well they thought I might like to look at something else. 3 hours of wasted time. Not happy.
