⚠️⚠️ WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! ⚠️⚠️ I purchased a car remotely in good faith, trusting this dealer’s description, videos, and assurances. It turned out to be a complete disaster. They are dishonest, misleading, and completely unprofessional. Here’s why you should stay far away from them: ❌ Hidden Issues & False Advertising The MMT transmission requires programming, something they never disclosed. The left brake light was out, proving they don’t even check basic safety features. The MOT, advertised as "fresh," was actually a month old—completely misleading. They promised two working keys, but I received three, with only one functional—the others have no chips and are useless. The engine coolant was completely empty, proving they don’t maintain their cars properly. The car seat was damaged, something that was not shown in the advert or the video they sent me. The exterior paintwork is covered in rust, another serious issue they failed to disclose. ❌ Serious DVLA Negligence Two weeks after the sale, they STILL haven’t informed the DVLA, meaning I won’t receive my V5C logbook as I should. This is highly irresponsible and could cause legal issues for buyers. ❌ Awful Customer Service Before I paid, they were quick to respond. The moment they got my money, they completely ignored me. No support, no responses—nothing. ⚠️ FINAL WARNING I trusted this seller and bought remotely, expecting honesty and professionalism. Instead, I received a misrepresented, poorly maintained car from a dealer who refuses to take responsibility. If you’re considering buying from them, DON’T. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial loss. You have been warned!

I can't fault Lostock car centre at all, the customer service was very good, I'm more than happy with the car and as of yet I've had no problems with it.

Lockstock Car Centre were very helpful, The car had 3 months left on its MOT and they did me a brand new one before I bought the car at no additional cost. The car is fantastic, they get a recommendation from me no problem after buying from them back in March.
