I’ve just bought a VW Polo from this dealership, and I’ve got to say—it was so easy. Seriously, from the moment I picked up the phone to when I drove off in my car, everything was spot-on. Damon and Gary, the lads at the dealership—what can I say? Proper nice fellas. You know the type, always having a laugh but also making sure you’re sorted. It was like talking to your friends who just happen to know everything about cars. They didn’t rush me, they didn’t pressure me—none of that—and they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything. I felt like they were treating me like I was buying a Ferrari, not a VW Polo Anyway, everything went swimmingly. If you’re after a car and you want it to be as easy as popping down to the chippy for your tea, you need to go and see Damon and Gary. We recently purchased a Volkswagen Polo for my daughter, who is learning to drive. The entire staff at Lottbridge Motor Centre was lovely and polite. They seemed to be teaching me how to drive the car rather than selling it to me. They did not rush me, pressure me, or laugh when I asked if the Polo could also be used to teach my daughter how to park. Overall, a positive experience.
