Great service and reliable 5 out of 5 very happy with the whole process and experience with Lottbridge Motoring Centre

I'm happy to say that I would give the people at Lottbridge Motor Centre an overall 5 for the service they provided. Friendly, helpful and professional. I'm very happy with the car, just what I was looking for.

I bought my Fiat 500 from Lottbridge Motor Centre last month, and I have been really enjoying it! I usually drive bigger SUV cars, so it’s definitely a change, but I wish I had gotten one sooner, it’s so easy to drive and can fit into any space, haha. This was also my first time going to Lottbridge, and I am so happy with my experience. My salesperson was Damion, and he was great—very friendly and reassuring, making sure he gave me all the information about the car, including the MOT and Service History. The car was due for an MOT, so they did this and paid for my tax. When I went to pick up the car a week later, it was clean and ready for me. I would really recommend this dealership to everyone; they really gave me confidence in buying from them.

I am loving my new car from Lottbridge! I bought a Kia Picanto from them last month, and my daughter, who just passed her test a few months ago, and I are both enjoying the car. The dealership themselves are excellent, they were supportive without being pushy, super friendly, and helped us throughout the whole process. The aftersales team was also superb, making sure anything we needed was sorted immediately! I would recommend this dealership to everyone. We are also keeping an eye out for another car from them soon; they are just excellent.

This was the second time my husband and I have been to Lottbridge Motor Centre, and both times we have been impressed with Damion, who got everything done quickly and smoothly. This time, we bought a Kia Sportage, and everything has been fine with the car, no issues. I would recommend this dealership to anyone; they are very trustworthy and reliable.

From the moment gary started the process of the car sale, to the moment he finished it, the service was amazing. Gary has shown real passion about his business, he's been honest and trustoworthy. I had a few problems arise with my car after around 1 week but i didn't want to be a pest as i thought it would be silly, so i didn't actually call until recently. They got my car in as soon as they possibly could, they have given me a courtesy car, and they have updated me throughout and sorted the problems i have had with my car. They assured me that i wasnt being silly and that they were there to help. honestly, after a really bad experience with a previous dealership, its been a breath of fresh air going through this process with gary and the others at lottbridge!! would 100% use them again, without an absoloute doubt.

They have been nothing but helpful the whole process. They have been kind, understanding and helped to their upmost ability. Customer service from Gary has been unmatched, he is amazing!

We have used these guys numerous times and they never disappoint. I am rating 5 stars for my experience here this time, however this is reciprocated over every single visit I have made. Damon and Gary are all round brilliant salesman.
