Unfortunately, I've had a few issues with the Suzuki I bought recently, however LMC have been amazing! They've always been on the other end of the phone and happy to sort anything out for me. They've had me back in to sort the issues and have been great in doing so. I was given a courtesy car in the meantime so that I could still get to work. I can't believe how quickly and just really efficient in sorting the issues out. They were very apologetic and really made the effort to put it right. When I collected the car, I gave it a bit of a once over and couldn't see anything wrong with it at all. It was all clean and in great condition and had a really nice smell too! Overall I am just really impressed with the customer service at LMC, they really do sort out their customers. and if a problem occurs, they don't shy away, they resolve in a perfect manner! Highly recommend and will defo use again myself.

I recently purchased a Renault Scenic from LMC and its been brilliant, I am so happy with it and how its running. I have been so impressed with the customer service that they provided, they were brilliant and looked after me from start to finish. Any time that I had a question or needed something, they were there. They are so on the ball, the best dealership I've been to by far, just perfect.

The Kia has been a life changing purchase for me. I have been able to travel to Weston Super Mare to see my children for the first time in two years. I am overjoyed and beyond happy with the freedom that having a car has now given me. I cant even explain how happy I am. I have loved driving the car and I was so happy with how it was all dealt with by Lottbridge too. The whole experience from start to finish was impeccable and I am just so so pleased.

I treated myself to a lovely little Ford Fiesta and I am so glad that I did! Its the perfect car for me, perfect size, engine size, everything. I wanted a little run-around so nothing overly powerful, the Fiesta was just perfect for that! I dealt with Damon at Lottbridge and he was superb, a great help from start to finish! He helped me choose the right car for me and then when returning to collect it, he made sure it was ready straight away and in pristine condition. Everything had been professionally cleaned and was immaculate. I was over the moon and was so excited to be driving away in my gorgeous new car! I've had the car for over a month now and I still get excited to drive it everyday! I absolutely love it, thank you all at Lottbridge!!

I dealt with Lottbridge Motoring Centre to purchase my Toyota Yaris. I am very pleased with how everything went. The staff were all very nice, polite and helpful. The car itself is was presented well when I went to pick it up, it was clean and fully sanitised inside. I've had it for a few weeks now and it's running okay, its a smooth drive and I'm happy with how it goes. Nothing negative to note, a very positive experience and I'm happy with my purchase

I am a tutor which means I have to travel a lot for work, with this being the case I needed a car which was reliable to get be from a to b. I had a look at Lottbridge Motoring Centre and noticed they stocked a beautiful Ford Mondeo. I had a look around the car, the condition was great and the price was too. It was important to me that the car had the hands free function as with work it means I get a fair few calls throughout the day. Luckily, this car had this feature therefore I was sold. I've had the car for a couple of months now and its been fantastic, drives so smoothly, has a wonderful amount of space and makes my commuting a joy. It has definitely been money well spent, I couldn't be happier.

Bought a great Vauxhall Mokka from Lottbridge for myself and the family and we love it! Its a great sized car for us, nice and spacious, just what we needed! I've enjoyed driving it, its nice and modern and has some great technological features too! Overall, a really great car! The customer service when buying was perfect too, couldn't fault a thing!

A fabulous little car! I bought a Clio and its a great little run around, I really love it!! I had a small issue with the break pads but the guys were more than happy to sort that for me, I took it back in and it was resolved so quickly so can only give 5 stars for such fantastic service and aftersales service. I will be back when I want a new car again but for now, I will recommend to all my friends and family!
