My daughter bought a car from here a year or so ago, and she was treated really well - the cars still going strong too. Given the experience she had, I decided to have a look at what they had for me. I was looking for something relatively small and economical to get to work and back in, and I saw they has a Suzuki Alto. After doing a bit of research into the car, I realised it was £0 road tax and very cheap to insure so I thought it would be worth taking a look at. The gentleman I spoke to over at Lottbridge was really helpful, he sat down with me and explained the benefits of having this car and also a little more about the low emissions. Top blokes down here, cannot fault what so ever, everything was done quickly and on time. I arrived for collection and the car was extremely clean, it looked great, there was a few bits I asked them to do prior and they did everything as promised, very happy over-all!

I'm going to start by thanking this dealer for their amazing customer service, I've never bought a car and then had an aftersales call to check everything is ok and I'm happy, I was blown away and that is just 1 example of Lottbridge Motor Centre's fantastic customer service skills. From the very start everybody was helpful and very professional. I had an Alto years ago and I loved it, I was given the option of a company car so I decided to go for another Alto. I found the perfect one with this dealer, it looked and read perfectly, it had been some years since I've had one so I was impressed to see how techy and modern it is. Its a nippy little thing and the engine sounds fabulous, I love it. I'm crazy about little cars and this is my favourite car ever, so thanks to Lottbridge for helping me buy it! I highly recommend!

The customer service was great, the salesman was helpful and very knowledgeable. I wasn't hounded by anyone, they allowed me time to look and test drive the car. I knew I wanted the car before I viewed it but needed to make sure it was 100% right for me. It looked even better than the photos, its in great condition, I'm made up with it.
