I would say the customer service I received was perfect, there couldn't be any improvement to how it whole process went. I think the staff are all very good at what they do and everybody is friendly and welcoming. I bought a Ford Focus and I love it, its so lovely. I loved how well they had valeted the car, it smelt amazing when I got in it, thank you Lottbridge motoring centre :)

I recently changed my car from a big 4x4 down to a Toyota Yaris, its taken me some time getting used to the difference in size, but the car is absolutely lovely, its great to drive and very efficient to run. I cannot fault the salesmen in the dealership, very nice to deal with, friendly, helpful and ensured a smooth and straight forward transaction. I would be happy to buy from here in the future and certainly recommend to others.

I bought a vehicle here during COVID restrictions, I thought the dealership dealt with the difficult times very well, they ensured all customers were safe, measures were in place, masks were worn and hand sanitising stations were available through-out the showroom. I felt safe on site and was very pleased to see everything been adhered to. I was impressed with my purchase, how it was presented, the price and service I received, so over-all a positive experience.

Ive bought a couple of cars from LMC in the past. They are very good people down there and they sell decent cars. They arent at all pushy, they just let you get on but will be on hand to answer any questions if needed. Yet again another good buy! See you soon :)

I am super impressed with Lottbridge Motoring Centre, I purchased a Nissan Note not so long ago and I was chuffed with the car. Its lovely to drive and very efficient. Its very modern inside and has lots of functions, of which some I struggled to understand. When I was buying the car the salesman said to me 'if you have any problems, just come back', he was as good as his word. I went back down and they took the time to explain and run through the details with me, very very helpful and courteous. Lottbridge Motoring Centre have been trading a number of years and I can imagine this is through their strength of service. They filled me with confidence from the very first contact and remained professional and helpful throughout and I will highly recommend to others moving forward.

Ive purchased 3 cars from here now and every time the lads have been great, always on the ball. Really friendly, easy to talk to and very fair. My most recent purchase is a Dacia Sandero. The only issue was the Air con it wasnt working, but I contacted the lads and they were straight on it. Great service from the initial enquiry, through to purchase and beyond. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using again..... and again!

Very pleased with the new car from Lottbridge Motor Centre, Ive had diesels for some time so having a petrol has taken some time to get used to but Im really happy with it, its nice to drive. The dealership was perfect, they were all really helpful I couldn't have asked for anything more. The dealer put 4 brand new tyres on the car for me and presented it spotlessly!
