Sold mr car with illegal tyres faulty key reverse camera not working discs pads Gone never trust

I went with this company cos of there high reviews (big mistake)! From the moment I purchased the vehicle I have had non stop issues which is still ongoing. I was also sold it without a logbook (which they lied about having for 2 weeks) also telling me I was fine to drive using the previous owners tax which is illegal that I pointed out several times but yet kept getting fobbed off saying your be fine! Max and one of his brothers are so arrogant and always made me feel like an inconvenience for complaining to the point I had to get my finance company involved to get some of the issues fixed which were then badly repaired by there garage! All this has had a big impact on my mental health and if I could rewind time I never would have part exchanged my car with no issues for there utter rubbish that I’m now stuck with and paid way over what it was worth.

recently purchased a car from this company for my grandson, james was very helpful and was not pushy, allowed us to take vehicle for a run and gave as lots of time to for full inspection of said vehicle. we where happy to purchase, and tax and necessary insurance arranged. car was driven away that day, grandson very pleased. we would highly recommend said company. well done to the brothers.

I’ve dealt with some scum throughout my life, but this dealership surpasses them all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I know 5 other people this happened to from the same company!!! Bought a car from them and it came with 6 months warranty as it says on their sale site. the cam belt snapped within 4 months. The car was under 10 years old and under 15000 miles. Initially we were told the warranty period had passed even though it was month 4. A lot of back and forth. Eventually took the car back. Didn’t hear from them for a month only to be told they aren’t going to fix it. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The worst service from the minute they take your money! After multiple conversations and emails over a week I said I’d but a car from them and asked about delivery which they state on there web page. They said we’d rather you see the car in person (reluctant with COVID) but offered to leave a deposit and drive down to buy the car. They decided it was best to sell to a local lad as we live a couple of hundred miles north. Absolute waste of time and space. Shambles of a sales team.

I wouldn’t normally buy from a dealer, however, on this occasion I wasn’t left with much choice. I found the car I was looking for and set about reading the reviews on Autotrader. Loughton motor company had amazing reviews which lead me to contact them for myself. From the moment I made contact to the day I picked the car up, Rob (the owner), lived up to his reviews and I cannot fault him whatsoever. As I was buying from a distance and not immediately, he gave me a full detailed report with photos and videos of the car, I was confident enough to pay half up front via PayPal. Rob is clearly a car fanatic and aims to please, he is not afraid to go the extra mile to ensure the client is happy and to follow up, Robs after sales service is second to none. In summary, fully recommend Loughton Motor Company, go on, treat yourself.
