on the 18/10/24 i took my car into this garage because i was getting a very strange sound coming from my power steering, i left it with them to have a look at it, when they called for me to collect it i was told that it was £90 to pay for them just to look at it which i paid, then they gave me a quote for the work that needed to be done, which was to fit a new power steering cooler pipe, they said it will take 5 .5 hours to fit, at £90 an hour, plus parts and vat, which comes to approx £666, i felt a bit uncomfortable with this quote, so i decided to call vertu honda at lincoln, they was brilliant and quoted me £346 all in for the same work, labour parts and vat.. it was only a 2 hour job.... needless to say i wont be going back to volksworld again, and i was a regular customer ive been going to volksworld for the past 5 years for service and mot, im a pensioner so every penny counts .....

Researched on line and found a great Seat Mii at Louth Volksworld . Having found it I then researched the dealer as feeling confident about the trader is one of my main priorities. Things do go wrong when buying second hand cars but I've found if I buy from honest traders then things always get sorted. Volkworld delivered on all counts and I highly recommend them to both family and friends . Well worth the trip across the Humber Bridge . Thanks guys for such a positive experience .

I was searching on the internet for a Mini and came across Louth Volksworld. Well, what a discovery! I found the car I wanted. I was a little weary because I would have to purchase my chosen vehicle without seeing it, but I need not have worried. I had the option not to take delivery if it turned out to be not what I expected. In reality it turned out to be everything I expected plus more! I dealt with Darren throughout, and the service I received from him was second to none - from beginning to end. I also received a part exchange on my old car, which I was happy for. Darren was on the end of an email practically 24/7. I could not believe it. I sent emails on a Sunday expecting a reply next morning during office hours! Low and behold, my emails were responded to almost immediately on the same Sunday! I had lots of questions for Darren and he never got tired of me! Nothing was too much trouble. Really, really pleased with the friendly, professional service I received from him! I live in London, 4 1/2 hours away and Darren had my car delivered to my house. John, the driver must have left when the owls were hooting! Thank you John! I would 1000% recommend this car dealer and intend to return for another car in time to come. Darren was excellent. He conversed with me outside of business hours, went out of his way to make the deal happen, drove 3 and a half hours to deliver to my house and had arranged for 6 months tax on the vehicle prior to delivery. The car is everything I was looking for and more. Next time, there is only one place I'll go to buy my car...
