I recently asked one of the salesmen at Louth Volks World to keep an eye out for a VW Polo for me. Within 2 weeks they had found me a perfect little car, I went to view it and the customer service was so good, they allowed me to test drive it for as long as I liked. Aftercare is really good from the Garage, they had the facilities to print my private plates for me to be put on at a later date when documents are finalised, they also taxed it for which was all included in the total price of the car, really hassle-free. Bought a golf Tdi 31/12 from Louth Volks World, only been out in it twice love it ! Had a number of golfs over the years, like everything about them ! But got to get my mind round the Technology !!! I just bought an R8 from Louth Volks World and I have to say its the first car dealers where I felt no pressure at all. I had as much time as I wanted to view the car under my own steam with no interference which was great, then allowed to take the car for a run on my own which I never expected. So all in all seemed just like a good bunch, pleasure to deal with and I would use them again as they do seem very genuine, and the car is amazing... Thanks lads...there are dealers out there who seem passionate about what they sell and not about how much money they can turn over.. Only met Darren once and mainly dealt with Danny but great experience..
