I am recently widowed and have never bought a car myself. I have to say the experience at Luckington Prestige Cars was brilliant. I felt very reassured and was treated with utmost kindness which made the experience far less daunting than it could have been. I felt complete trust in Alex and am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. I would certainly recommend them without hesitation.

I bought a Jaguar XF a few months ago from Luckington Prestige Cars I dealt with Alex who was very helpful , professional , and didn't pressure me in any way . The car itself is stunning reasonably priced ,and drives like its new and not 8 years old . Alex even had it delivered 500 miles to my home at a price better than it would have cost me to pick it up , Simon one of the other sales team delivered the car , and a more helpful honest professional I have yet to meet , he explained everything I needed to know about the car and even paid for the car to be cleaned on arrival , me being a canny scot didn't have any money to pay for the cleaning . I would recommend this company all day long , I should point out I have had a lot of cars and never recommended a garage before as most of them are not very trustworthy 15 out of 10 for these two professional gentlemen ,and many thanks Henry Mutch

Made an appointment to view a car at Luckington Prestige Cars and had verbal price agreement. Travelled 2 hours to location only to find the car had been sold!! They had sent me a text earlier stating that the car had been sold and tried to call however, however using the phone whilst driving is illegal. Trying to contact me is in my view irrelevant. I was lead to believed that I had an appointment, as such has first refusal over the car based on a conversation and gentleman’s agreement as such had no reason to suspect that the car would be sold prior to my arrival. They did when I contacted them provide a half-hearted apology. Very poor organisational skills, very poor customer service. I would suggest that if you deal with these people please ensure, as far as you can, that no other potential vendors are booked prior to you appointment. I would advise these guys to branch out into the estate agency business they would clean up!

I bought a Toyota Hilux invincible from Luckington Prestige Carsjust recently and the customer service provided by the guys there was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The pickup was immaculate inside and out and just what I was after. I had a couple of issues regarding insurance with inflexible and "stuck in the dark ages" underwriters, but Luckington helped sort out these problems. I cannot fault their service one bit and hope that when the time comes for me to find my next vehicle they will have what I'm looking for. Thank you Luckington.

Recently purchased a Jaguar X type 2.2 Sovereign estate car from Luckington Prestige Cars. Upon arrival Simon showed the car to us, which was exactly as advertised immaculate. After a test drive a sensible part exchange figure was agreed for my car and the deal was made. Overall a very professional, knowledgeable, and honest company to deal with. Would recommend them.

Great presentation of the vehicle on arrival, it was friendly and professional and all of my questions answered. I had owned the vehicle a Mercedes CLK for 2 weeks when it broke down. Simon (one of the partners) who had sold me the car could not have been more helpful The problem was sorted painlessly and efficiently. It was a problem that could not have been foreseen.
