This is the worst company going. DO NOT PURCHASE a car from them! I bought a bmw 1 series from lucky dale cars on 09/19. Ever since the purchase the purchase I have had problems with the engine in the car. The first week having it ‘drove train’ came up on my car and I called lucky dale cars and spoke with one of the men and he told me that I could not recieve a refund and that he “didn’t know what to do with my s*** car”. As a 19 year old girl I did not know I could have got legal advice as they sold me a dodgey car. I sent my car up that week to them as they said they can “fix” it. A few days later I went to pick it up to find their bmw approved garage did not exist and the phone number they gave me for them was a call centres in the area. I Asked them about this and they then said they had the car back in their hands and I had to pick it up from them. After having the car back for a week the same message “drive train” came up so they clearly hadn’t fixed my car like they said, they had clearly illegally swiped my cars data to make it think the problems was gone. I took the car to bmw and they told me the cam shaft was stuck in the engine etc, I had to pay £400 to fix it. 3 months later another problem occurred where something in the engine went wrong again. Now the cars engine has completely gone on the car and bmw are asking for £8000 the same price and I payed for the car to replace the engine. I have been completely ripped of and left with nothing but a faulty useless car. I think it’s disgusting this company is still going and that they can do this to a young girl. I thought this car was my dream car and they completely ruined my experience and sold me dreams. Again I say DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DISGUSTING MEN.

Great service from Lucky Dale Cars, very clean car
I am very happy with the service at Lucky Dale Cars. The car was spot on. All the agreed things were done on the day of collection. A detailed check was done before collection. Highly Recommended.
Purchased car only a few weeks ago from Lucky Dale Cars. Telephone control unit needs replacing! Ridiculous not to mention a few other elements that happened days after purchasing this car!!! Contacted Lucky Dale who immediately say it’s NOT there problem! Say they’ll call you back but have no intention of!! Terrible service! Quick to take your cash but don’t want to know when you contact them with the problems only a couple of weeks after having the car! Don’t want to know about consumer rights so having to take it down a Consumer Lawyer it is then! Stay clear!

Part ex my old car and bought a Mini Countryman.I was very impressed with the service provided at Lucky Dale Cars. No pushy salesman and left to talk things over with a friend before making my decision. Would recommend this dealership to friends and family in the future.

Lucky Dales Cars don't like it when you take a car back after a few days with problems petrol fumes (leaky injectors) thermostat not working properly, they said it was normal for a high performance car. Only replaced because I told them they could keep the car, avoid.
I have purchased two cars from Lucky dale cars and have had no problems I change my car every year and would always look at there cars first I have just part exchange my white Jaguar XF with them which I purchased from them last year I was very reluctant to get rid of it because it's been a great car l have now a Lexus gs300 what a car love it so no regrets if you are looking for a car look on there website first they are very helpful and cars are reasonably priced

I have had no issues with my BMW from Lucky Dale Cars. Its been a few months now and it still runs perfectly. The dealer was helpful and friendly and I am really happy with everything. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
