Recently bought my Hyundia through Luv Car Loans and it was honestly the best car buying experience i have ever had - this is all down to Ismaeel. He was so professional and very nice, he kept to his promises and called me when he said he would he made was very informative and made collecting the car so easy.

The only word I can use to describe Luv Car Loans is fantastic! I can't fault it. Sepehr kept in touch about what was going on with my car and when I could collect it. He was lovely to speak to on the phone while I was in the process of getting a new car. I love my Fiat 500 it's honestly the best car I've had. It has really low mileage, is the perfect colour and it's so cute!! Excellent experience all around.

I felt very well looked after by Sepehr, It wasn't overly complicated, and I think the team has a really good system in place to make sure it's made easy. Sepehr even made sure that I got the car sooner than expected, which was nice to go that extra mile.

Selina you were amazing! She made everything possible to get my first car. She understood that I didn't have an unlimited budget and that I was looking for a low insurance group. After some looking, she found me the perfect Ford Fiesta. I've only driven it a handful of times with my driving instructor, but I can't wait to pass my test and drive it all the time. Great customer service.

I won't lie, I did look at other well known companies before this one (I won't mention names), but when I applied, I felt that they kept knocking me about and it wasn't a nice experience. I then applied to Luv and the difference in service was crazy. Girgor was brilliant, he was in constant communication, and I always felt in control of what was going on. He made everything quick & straight forward, which I was happy about considering my previous experience. Hopefully I'm in a position where I won't need finance for my next car, but if I am, then I will 100% be coming here first.
