I have never been through a process alike the one I had to go through with Luv Car Loans, there was a lot of toing and froing however, I needed a car ASAP and Ryan worked his socks of to get me what I needed when I needed it. Compared to the other companies I had considered prior to conversations with Luv Car Loans, the rates came out really competitive and I feel I got good value for money. The car itself wasn't without issues in the early stages however, the dealer was really accommodating in resolving the issues, I collected the car Saturday, had some warning lights come up Monday, took the car in on Tuesday, had the car back same day ready for work on Wednesday.. Sounds like a Solomon Grundy story I know, but I was really impressed with the turn around from Luv Car Loans and the dealership.. I couldn't rate any less than 5 stars.

From filling in the application online, getting accepted for the car finance and collecting my car everything was done in a matter of days. This is my second time financing a car but first time dealing with Luv Car Loans, Neil was my account manager, he made the experience very straight forward, there was very little leg work for me too do, everything from sourcing the car, filling out the finance application and laying out the options to consider was all handled for me. When I had the offers through, I asked Neil if he could find one with a lower monthly payment and he managed to find another option which fit the budget perfectly. All things considered and with the way interests rates are at the moment, I am very pleased and feel I got the best deal I could.
