Very pleased with my car and the service from Luv Car Loans.

Luv Cars Loans are a great company to deal with and Reece is such and amazing employee, I feel I need to give him his flowers here. I worked a lot with Reece and arguably messed him around a little bit. He was patient, understanding, was unwavering with his professional and pleasant attitude right the way until he found me thee right car. To pull a long story short, after a couple cancellations due to insurance prices being to high which Reece was happy to update the dealer on, Reece worked with me right up to the end of his shift, I found a Suzuki Swift I liked, he arranged for me to go and look the very next day. The car is superb so far, not a problem in sight, very satisfied!

I went with Luv Car Loans because I had made an inquiry with a few different lenders and Luv Car Loans are worlds apart. They make the process seamless, they help put you through the application, source the car, liaise with the dealership and help with arranging the collection. I have been and seen the car and it looks great, drives well, overall I am very happy. Time will tell if there are underlying issues but Luv Car Loans have done their bit and done it to a very high standard too. 10 out of 10 if the rates had been higher.

So far so good with my new Peugeot 2008, I love the car, it's very easy to drive, looks great, ticks all the boxes for what I need and has been faultless so far. Selina was the best! She was lovely, very patient with me and explained everything very thoroughly so I understood everything. The finance application was so much quicker than I expected and went without a hitch, it was all approved and I had my new car within a week on initially making the inquiry and a few days were from me looking over the options available. The rates were a little high, I needed a new car and couldn't afford to pay for one outright which was why I looked at finance in the first place, in hindsight, I love my new car and I feel the experience and everything is well worth it.

I have made many attempts at getting finance on a car and every time has been fruitless. I have only lived in the UK so my credit and feasibility is low from the perspective on a lender. Lee from Luv Car Loans made the whole process seem effortless, I told him what I was looking for, my budget, and the terms I was looking for and Lee came back with a few options for me to choose from. The car is great, I think the tracking may be slightly out as at high speeds, it feels like it is pulling to one side. I am going to keep an eye on this and reach out to the dealer if it persists or gets worse. I would recommend Luv Car Loans to anyone if you are looking for an easy, stress-free finance application and friendly staff to arrange the whole thing for you.

I am very happy and really enjoying our new Mazda 6, The dealership were the most helpful, we had an issue and they just wanted to swap the cars back rather than fix the issue. We weren't keen on doing this as we did really like the car so decided to fix it ourselves. Luv Car Loans on the other hand, I always finance my cars, this is my first dealings with these and they are without a doubt the best finance company to deal with, Salsabeel was lovely, really nice, helpful and got everything over the line so quickly. Everything was boxed off within a day and she got me such a good rate.
