When I got my A Class at the end of June it was the first time I have used Luv Car Loans. There was a hiccup when collecting the car I think there was a bit of miscommunication about the timings. This was sorted out and it wasn't a wasted trip in the end. Overall I am happy with the service and would use them again. 😊

I would rate five stars. Luv were really quick and I was able to buy my Mokka in a matter of days. Reece was a fantastic team member to being dealing with. I have no complaints what so ever.

The customer service from Selina was absolutely outstanding!! She was always courteous when we spoke and listened to my needs. She went out of her way to find cars that suited my criteria and because of her hard work I have ended up with a Kia Sportage that I adore! I couldn't have done it without her help. When I am ready for another car In a couple of years time I will be returning to Luv Car Loans and asking for Selina.

In June I purchased a Nissan Juke via Luv Car Loans, it was much simpler than I expected. Everything is completed online and via the phone so it is incredibly convenient. I really liked that I had the same point of contact, from start to finish I was looked after by Lee. Lee was on the ball every time we spoke and knew what was going on every step of the way.

I can say with certainty that in my experience Luv Car Loans definately look after their customers and have their backs. When I ran into some complications with the dealership where I bought my Astra they supported me to navigate a solution. I felt really reassured and that I was in safe hands.
