5/5!!! Very happy xxx

In my experience I have found Luv Car Loans to be absolutely excellent! The only issue I had throughout the whole process was with the dealership making the correct arrangements for the V5 and I was left unable to insure my car! Weeks after the sale and this still wasn't sorted I felt quite worried so gave my adviser at Luv, Stephen a call. He reassured me immediately and did his utmost to help me even though it wasn't his responsibility. He was successful in getting this sorted for me and I can't thank him enough, he was wonderful!

Time wise everything was bang on! Overall quick to get sorted. I was assigned an advisor called Sam and he was brilliant all the way through, he actually took the time to help find my car and I am over the moon with my TT! Its perfect, he really took my requirements on board. I truly cannot complain - PERFECT!

Luv Car Loans sorted the finance out on my Herald Brat and I am more than happy with how everything went, Chris was such a helpful guy. I have been absolutely loving the bike to be honest with you, its just a shame about the weather today 😂 I am still trying to dry off now! Bring back the sun so I can go for a blast.

Everything was absolutely spot on. Guy made everything really easy to understand and took a lot of the stress out of the process. Didn’t feel rushed at all.

I used Luv Car Loans services while buying my Mokka X, I had heard good things and decided that I wanted to try them out for myself. In my experience they definately lived up to the hype. Everything was fine ,Selina was brilliant, only thing I would say is first time I went to collect car ,finance hadn't gone threw to garage, but wasn't made aware of this ,so travelled all way to Leicester. This was sorted the following day. 4.5

It was amazing, everything went through earlier than I thought it would and I am just so grateful that I was able to get my car sooner! I dealt with a sales rep called Selina who is great at what she does. Very informative and not pushy. The whole thing went very well!

Michele was wonderful to deal with, she assisted through the first half of my experience with Luv Car Loans. She went on holiday while I was completing my purchase so I was passed over to another rep and the process was seamless. They had all the relevant information and there were no hold ups. I would definately recommend and use again.
