I feel like people are quick to complain but praise should be given where its deserved as well! There wasn't a single problem when I used Luv to purchase my Ducati, so much so that I haven't had to give it a second thought. Sam kept me well informed and called me when he said he would. Everything went as it should and I love the bike!
