The Mini has been very very good, brilliant in fact! I am really really happy with my choice, the car is absolutely perfect! Joe was my sales agent and he was such a nice guy, really helpful, really knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly. When on the hunt for my car, he gave them a really good look over, searched all of its history for me, and advised me on the one that would be most suited to me. He never rushed through the process, he let me take my time deciding which one was right for me! I can't recommend Joe Rogers enough, he was absolutely fantastic!

Simeon was a fantastic help when I was sorting the finance for my MG. He was really helpful and explained everything so clearly. They have really great aftersales too, I received a follow up call to check how things were which I really appreciated!

Everything is going really well with the 1 series , it is a smashing car. Simeon was a top guy too. I was a bit confused on how it all worked, but he explained it perfectly to me. Hopefully the next time I take out car finance, I will have a lower APR as my credit improves, but I will definitely be going through LUV again!
