James was absolutely perfect, such a kind, patient guy! It was quite a long, drawn out process as I had very specific needs, but he was brilliant. He was so wonderful, and managed to get the exact van that I wanted, I would be happy to recommend him to anyone, he was fantastic!

Both the garage that I bought my car form, and the finance have been brilliant. Did have a little issue with the car to begin with, but the dealership was excellent in getting that sorted for me. They took the car back, gave me a courtesy car, and kept me updated along every step of the way. As for Kevin, he was fantastic, such a nice, friendly guy. Got everything through really quickly, and was always there for support when I needed him. I cannot fault LUV Car Loans one bit, the finance they have provided me with is excellent, and the dealer they worked with for my car were very courteous.

I am thinking of changing the car AGAIN as it just isn't the one for me😂. Selina however, has beens so so patient with me, really understanding and caring throughout. She has the patience of a saint, I am very grateful for her hard work.
