It was absolutely brilliant going through LUV Car Loans to get finance sorted. It was such an easy process sorting it all online. It was Chris who I dealt with, and he was brilliant, absolutely perfect. Such a helpful guy, did everything he could for me. I absolutely love the Ford that we found, it is absolutely perfect, I love it so much. Without a doubt I would use again and recommend, they are a fantastic team to deal with.

James was absolutely fantastic, he really went above and beyond for me. I can't recommend them to enough people. They are doing such a good thing to help people out, they are a fantastic company. It is quite a daunting thing borrowing that sort of money, but James put me at ease right from the get go. I would definitely recommend and won't go anywhere else for my car finances again.

I have used LUV previously for a different deal, and both times they have been so helpful, hence why I came again. This time it was for finance on a Vauxhall Mokka, and Michael was my agent. He was such a lovely guy, very helpful and informative. Any question I had, he was more than happy to help. I would definitely recommend to others, they were brilliant.

Michael was absolutely brilliant, really nice approachable guy. Gave me all the info I needed to know about the car and the dealership, and got the whole process done and dusted for me. The Ford itself is smashing, more than happy with it. Only reason it's not the full 5, is due to the fact that nobody is perfect haha!
