The whole experience lived up to my expectations in the end. There was a car I was looking at that unfortunately fell through because of the dealership, but once I explained the other options I was open to everyone was quick to do their research. I ended up collecting my Nissan Qashqai from Leeds and the car has been great! - I'm really enjoying it. Everyone at Luv has been in constant communication throughout and it's just been brilliant.

The whole process of purchasing the car was so smooth and thanks to Jack, he persuaded the garage to have the car delivered due to me living miles away. He was also very patient as I wanted to make sure I found the perfect car, but again, he gave me plenty options so I can't complain at all.

After having a bad experience with a previous lender, I wasn't to sure what to expect but luckily it was so much easier through Luv Car Loans. The team gave me a lot of options to choose from and after agreeing on a car the money was transferred on the same day. Everyone has honestly been so amazing and I would be happy to recommend this company to others.

I'm very happy with my Audi TT. I can't remember who looked after me at Luv but once I gave him all of the qualities I was looking for in a car like colour, spec and my maximum payment. He went away and come back with a lot of options for me to choose from which was great as it really kept my options open. No complaints with me but I always think there is room for improvement!
