Really easy and efficient. We had a problem with the finance being paid, so the car would not be released even though we had arranged this in advance. Luv Motor Finance was very easy to contact, helpful, and sympathetic. It all got sorted, and we drove away in our Kia within two hours. I cannot rate them highly enough.
