I wanted to take the time to write this review to personally thank Reece for all of his hard work in helping me get a loan so that I was able to buy my wife her Renault Captur. I could not have asked for anyone better than Reece to look after me during this transaction; he was amazing from start to finish, and the loan was approved very quickly, enabling me to purchase the car for her. 

Salsabeel Khan was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble for her. As soon as I applied, she was straight on the phone, and she explained everything. Salsabeel was always on the other end of the phone when I had any questions, and I especially liked that she was my only point of contact instead of being passed to pillar and post with different people. She even called after the sale to see how I was getting along with the car. I've had the car for a couple of months now and I love it!

Wakas was brilliant, and I felt very well looked after because there weren't any questions he couldn't answer. He went into detail about everything I needed to know to make sure I wasn't left with any hidden surprises. If I were to get another car on finance, then I would happily come back.

Josh made sure I was very well looked after while I was getting my Mercedes A-Class. I told him my budget, and he did all of the leg work to find me exactly what I was looking for that was well within my price range. I went for the Mercedes because I had one back in Nigeria, so I knew what to expect. The car has been great since I picked it up and I couldn't be happier.

If I were to go through Luv Car Loans again, I'd want it to go exactly the same way as it did this time around. Josh really streamlined the process to make sure it was a quick turn around from application to receiving the car. There was a slight delay but it wasn't anything to do with Luv.

Once I saw the good reviews online I didn't hesitate to fill out the application in the hopes of getting accepted. Before I knew it, Sam called me up to discuss what car I would be interested in. After a really detailed conversation, I went with the Mitsubishi Outlander and it has been great. I'm still trying to work out the hybrid side of things, but I'll get it.
