He worked endlessly and never once gave up, Lee was patient in finding me a finance provider who would accept me and in the end I managed to get a car that I wanted with a low monthly payment and it was the perfect car for me! Honestly I would give Salsabeel and Luv Car Loans in Warrington 5/5. Everything from the get go to the end was brilliant, Salsabeel was on the ball all of the time. I was going backwards and forwards with her a lot trying to figure out what the best option for me was. I was not expecting someone to get intouch with me so quickly after filling in an application online so it took me about a month to finally decide what I wanted to go for, Salsabeel was so patient with me and she helped me to find the perfect car for me in the end. I'm absolutely over the moon with my Mitsubishi, it is a wonderful car and fun to drive. I will 100 percent be using these again when the time comes for me to buy another car.

I haven't spoke to her since but wanted to give her a massive thank you for all her hard work. My car is great, there have been minor issues along the way, these are all on the dealership side rather than the finance side. Everything is going swimmingly with my new Corsa, I was pleasantly surprised, finance applications in the past have been difficult, confusing and drawn out processes, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Luv Car Loans.

I reached out to Luv Car Loans as I was in a sticky situation, due to the ULEZ zones, It was costing me £24 every time I wanted to take a trip to see the missus. I got through to Sep, explained the situation and I'm sat in my new car a week later. I went with an Audi A3 as I didn't want to downgrade from what I had before, I wanted a step up. The car has a couple minor issues but it drives beautifully. The rear wiper doesn't work and there is now a check engine light on the dash, I am looking to work with the dealership directly and claim under there warranty to get these bits fixed. Very happy with the customer service, the turnaround on the cars, the rates were competitive as well.
