Aside from one little issue with the car, less of an issue more of a fault, everything has been really really good and Reece and the Luv Car Loans team have provided a really high standard of service. This is my first finance application, I expect a long, drawn out process which would have either turned me grey or made my hair fall out. Reece put me at ease from the start and was really attentive.. The whole thing was over and I had my new car before I knew it. Really happy with the car, the service and I will certainly use Luv Car Loans again in future.

I am a returning customer to Luv Car Loans, I was so impressed with the service last time that I decided I wouldn't want to go to anyone else for my car finance. They make the whole process very simple but not just helping with the application but also looking at their approved dealers and sourcing the car which is right for you. The car has been great so far however, I do this the brakes need checking. I think it was Salsabeel who was my main contact this time round. He is very professional and attentive, takes notes of all your requirements and has't failed to deliver on both occasions I have used Luv Car Loans. The interests rates were quite high even in respect to the last time I used Luv Car Loans which is my only qualm.

Luv Car Loans have been really good to deal with and considering this is my first time taking a car on finance, any worries and prior expectations I had were put to bed very early on by Stephen. The process was quick, easy, stress free and Stephen was very professional and supportive throughout. I do a lot of miles for work and unfortunately i have had a bump already. The claim is going through the insurance as we speak however, even up to this point Stephen and the team have been very supportive. The only improvements I could offer is the interest rates could have been discussed in more detail prior to the application. The estimate provided was quite off what was actually quoted however, this is a very hard thing to predict and I understand that.
