I have had a couple issues with the car which was sourced and these issues are being resolved with the dealership directly. Luv Car Loans however have been exceptional start to finish. Sepehr was a pleasure to deal with, incredibly friendly, helpful and alleviated all the stress of buying a new car and applying for finance, the financed was accepted quickly and the rates I received shocked me how good they were. Very happy with Luv Cars Loans and will not hesitate to use these again.

Michael was my single main point of contact right the way through, I never felt like i was chasing them up for progress reports etc, in fact it felt more like I was being chased up regularly and kept in the loop which was great. I was able to leave my application in the capable hands of Michael and his team knowing that everything was being taken car off. The application process compared to other applications I have done in the past was very use friendly and easy to do, made the whole experience as stress free as possible.
