Selina was a star and really did the most she could for me. There was a little confusion as we wanted a car then it was sold, so we choose 3 more cars to look at, then after that the first one we originally wanted became available again, so I was over the moon and went with this one. From start to finish Selina kept me updated and was on the ball with any of the changes, and she let us know about the first car as soon as she knew it was back available. I would come back any day to use Luv and Selina, It was the easiest process! :)

I felt very well looked after when going through the process of a car loan application. Michele was amazing, she was on the other end of the phone if I ever needed anything, and she made it so simple and easy for me, I literally just had to pick the car I wanted and she sorted everything else out. She communicated with the dealer, the finance side of things and organised everything from start to finish on my behalf. I'm really pleased with the car and the finance I got. I cannot fault Luv car loans at all, we had Stephen as our advisor and he was extremely pleasant to deal with. He was able to point us in the direction of a reputable dealership where we purchased our Vauxhall Mokka. Stephen ran through all the relevant details and explained anything we needed to know, he was excellent, The car has got a slight issue with the battery but the dealership are sorting that for us, so all in all its been a fantastic 5 star experience from start to finish.

The Nissan Juke I financed through Luv Loans has been absolutely brilliant, I am so happy with it, it was super shiny and tidy when I got it and I try to keep it nice and clean now.
