I wasn't really working to any time frame when purchasing my Astra and I was happy to go with the flow. That being said there was no waiting round and I never had to chase anything because they worked so efficiently. There were no problems when dealing with Selina, she was knowledgeable and polite. I would sit them at the highest rank!

I had no problems when dealing with Luv Car Loans, honestly everything was perfect. Selina my advisor is very good at what she does and made sure all the paperwork was complete in good time so I had my Antara in no time at all.

When the time came for me to get another car I wasn't really sure what I was doing when it came to the finance. I had seen good things about Luv Car Loans so decided to give them a try. From the get go the service was brilliant, Sam guided me through everything and pretty much got it done for me so it was a very stress free process. I would highly recommend!

Michele was absolutely fantastic to deal with, she was so nice to talk to and made me feel at ease throughout. From the day of applying everything moved nice and quickly. Great service and great company!

From start to finish everything was completed A LOT quicker than I expected, the day after I applied I got a phone call to say I had been accepted, a couple of hours later I was informed I could collect the car. The dealer wasn't quite ready for such a quick turn around which I completely understood. So a few days later I was able to go down and pick it up, the funds were released then and there so there was no unnecessary waiting around. To be fair I would have to rate them 5 stars because even the guy I dealt with was so good, he talked me through everything and I cannot fault!

I have not done this before from a finance comp if I could I would ask the dealer who they use because I have always thought once its done that's it but I am 100 per cent happy at what you guys do well done 5 out of 5!
