Stephen was alright he was, he was more than helpful when I was sorting my finance. He got everything sorted on time, and kept me up to date throughout every part of the process, I couldn't fault him to be honest! So far the Ford Kuga is brilliant, no issues at all, it has been a very successful purchase!

Sam was a massive help when I was getting the finance sorted for my Astra, he definitely took all the stress off my shoulders and made everything really easy. After having a few issues with the Fiesta to begin with, I finally have my car back! The dealership has bent over backwards for me to get it sorted so I can't fault them really. As for Danielle at LUV Car Loans, she has been a star, so so helpful and did everything she could for me. She took the stress right off of my shoulders, I was so happy with how well she handled everything. I would definitely recommend LUV to others.

I would just like to say thank you so much to Sam for all his help!! His customer service skills are excellent, nothing was too much trouble! Due to shift work a lot of the initial discussions were via email at my request. Sam kept me fully updated on my application and the process. He even went out of his way to find me a better deal! Highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for finance through blue light loans!
