Had been searching for a while for a good, low mileage car to replace my wife's previous runabout, when I came across Lux performance. I hadn't heard of them before, but the reviews looked good, and they had a Audi a6 2017 at a very reasonable price so I thought I'd get in contact and see. I can't rate them highly enough. I left the review a few weeks after just to make sure the car was as good as it looked, but absolutely no problems with it at all. Our salesman was an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, efficient, friendly and helpful, and not pushy in the slightest. Made the whole process as easy as possible. Might have to replace my larger family car in the immediate future, and i will definitely be returning to Lux as my first port of call. This is how every car dealership should be run, and I hope it goes from strength to strength.

Bought an Audi Q5 from lux performance and I couldn’t be happier. Absolutely no sales pressure, could take as long as required to look around the car on our own, including the test drive(s). Open and honest about the car, I will be returning to lux never the less for any future cars (which will include a car for my daughter).

Overall my experience purchasing from LUX was fast, easy and pressure-free. They answered all questions I had, valeted and provided MOT for the car before purchase (all free of charge), and were incredibly polite. I've come to find issues with my car shortly after purchasing, but mostly wear/tear like bearings, discs, brakes, no locking wheel nut and a faulty light. But other than that the D-Cat car is in fantastic condition and worth every penny spent + more. A real head-turner! My only criticism is that the car stinks of cigarettes despite being valeted twice, plus heavy use of air fresheners. I've noticed other reviewers say the same, so if it is the garage my advice is to not smoke in cars that are for sale. Regardless, I will definitely go back again for my next purchase!

Couldnt ask for anymore when purchasing a car. Helpful, get the impression they arent just trying to make a sale but are there to help find you what you genuinely want. Would I go again, of course and think anyone should go if your on the look out for a good car thats reliable and someone whose looking out for your interests.

Bought a CAT N car from Lux Performance and the car itself is brilliant - owned it for a month now with no issues. I was dubious at first as this is the first car I've bought that is category anything. Salesman who I dealt with was easy going and showed me the car and test drove with little notice (supposed to arrange viewings and I didn't know to). Had to apply for my V5C which worried me at first but all is well. Only bad point was the drop off of the car. Though I was offered the car delivered at no extra cost (happy days) - the car and another came to my work to deliver and drove into the car park like a drag race which has not gone down well, got me in trouble. Also, the friend (who was in my car) had a cigarette in it. My new car smelt like cigs for 2 weeks. Really annoying. As said though, happy with the car and had no problems as of yet. Drives really well and I'm very happy with it
