Bought a car in January 2025 with an 18 month Handler Protect warranty, Tony told us the warranty would be sent by post to our home address within 7-10 days, but it hadn't arrived so we called them several times and they said they would look into it, but nothing !! now they won't even answer the phone to us. They have not fulfilled their part of the deal.

Disgraceful garage, Sold us a car that should never have passed an MOT, DPF sensor cut off!! Warranty not worth paper it has been written on. Lost life savings and have an irreparable car that will be written off because it cost more than cars worth to repair. Scammers!

I bought my car I 2023, last October the engin failed . It appears the DPF has been drilled through and the sensor capped off. Leaving me owing £10k. The warranty sold to me is not valid due to the DPF. I emailed them a few times and have been trying to call and left messages. I received no response. I have now seen the complaints about this. company. These people should not be allowed to run a car dealership.

Quite happy to take your money and sell you a donkey. The vehicle I bought, upon taking it to a specialist, was not to be driven. £3000 later, I have definitely learnt my lesson, do not purchase cars from these people, they should not be trading!

Please!!! Avoid this dealership as much as you can. At the time of purchasing a car everything seems fine, however the problem starts once you have the car with you. The whole service from this company is absolutely disgusting, rude and disrespectful to their customers. Warranty is promised for 3 months but they just ignore it. As soon as they have your money, they will ignore you. No phone calls answered, no sms answered. Had problems with my car during the whole 3 months and they just tried to play around to make me fed up and do it myself so they don’t have to spent any penny. They have fixed one of the many problems (which took 3 months and with lots of excuses). When finally this company decided to fix the car, they didn’t want to pay the invoice to the third party garage and telling me to pay it when clearly I was still on my 3 months warranty. When finally got my car back, more problems arrive.. battery not working anymore so have to buy a new one, plus had to pay for a full service that was also missing at the time of purchased the car. which makes me spent more money than it should be plus the money spent travelling to work, spending in taxis, rental cars, buses for the entire 3 months I didn’t have my car and no way they could have compensate or either to provide a courtesy car. Honestly all of them are terrible, customer service is awful, their service itself disgusting. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!! By the way all positive feedback has been done by themselves and if you post your own feedback/experience, they will message you/email you/ WhatsApp you to delete it and even try to scare you. Please FEEL FREE to post your experience. People should know how bad and disgusting people they all are.

We had a very professional service from Ajay and Anthony. Anthony kept us fully informed of progress of a little bit of work the car needed before we bought it and for which we received the paperwork. The handover was smooth and we are very pleased with our purchase. Thanks Anthony and Ajay; we won’t hesitate to check you out the next time we are in the market for a car.

Avoid these people, I wish I looked at these reviews before parting with £8000. Numerous calls and messages just to obtain warranty information have gone unanswered. These clowns can’t even do the basics like notify the dvla of a change of owner, been five weeks and still no log book. Absolutely awful customer service, reported them to trading standards and the warranty company that they claim to use. Will be taking this further

Sold a dodgy car, dealer blanked me and wouldn't answer the phones. Wouldnt do the MOT the car was supposed to come with as it had to much wrong with it. Engine then blew up and dealer wouldn't call me back. Had to get the legal tema from my fiance to step in and get my money back. This seems to be a regular things from reading all the other reviews.... Honestly, please take your money elsewhere.

They will tell you anything to sell a car and if anything goes wrong you won't get your money back unless you take them to court (their words ). My advice is to go somewhere else
