I had recently just lost my husband and we shared the car, it became to a point and I couldn't get into the car we shared because of the association. I wanted a fresh start so I came down to LVMC and told them my situation, and they were so patient and understanding. The guys down at LVMC took my needs into consideration and did the absolute most for me. I was able to take a good look at the cars and have a good look around without no pressure or pushiness in the slightest. I was having issues with paying so my son had to pay for me and they waited and waited and had no issue with it at all. The whole sale was a pleasure and I can not thank them enough for what they did for me.

I found LVMC on the Website Auto Trader, I saw the brilliant Jaguar F Pace they had in and I just needed to get a closer look. When I saw the car it looked terrific! I am so happy I made the choice I did, I am loving driving this motor and not to mention how easy the staff made the process for myself. I was updated and kept in the loop all the way though and had a great amount of reassurance! 1 great experiance!

I thought that everyone I delt with was brilliant and really great, non of that pushy typical salesman stuff, just really helpful and very customer focused. The Fiat 500 that was purchased was for my daughter and she is really enjoying and and loves the car a lot! She is very happy which makes me very happy. The Land Rover I purchased running as it should, no issues and I am very pleased with it. I am also more then pleased with how I was dealt with, what stood out to me was how helpful Daniel was, he was so accommodating andthe best thing was: the customer after care, it filled me with confidence and really reassured me that if anything went wrong you would always have support. It puts you at ease. An extra thank you to the team for dealing with thing's they really didn't need to, from paper work to taxing, just literally everything, they really went the extra mile .

I came to LVMC for a new car and drove away in an Audi Q5, I went for that car purely just because I liked it. I thought it was just really good value and in great condition. The staff that looked after me were great and did more than enough for me. I would like to rate 5 stars!
