We were on the look out for a car for my daughter. She saw quite a few cars she liked as she was doing her research, when we came across LVMC and a perfect Vauxhall. We couldn't wait and headed down and to have a test drive. The service was brilliant, they ran through everything with us and gave us the keys to a few cars as we wanted to explore all options. They were genuinely good as gold. Their communication was top quality, they responded to all my emails before we headed down and before purchase.

Although I haven’t driven it extensively, I’m satisfied with its performance based on the amount of use it’s had. Customer service was very good; I was extremely happy with the work they completed, including adding parking sensors and all the other little bits. The process was straightforward, with all paperwork prepared in advance and the car delivered clean. They communicated throughout the delivery. I would refer others to them and would return if I find another car I like that these guys have.

The car is great and is performing exceptionally well. I did have my own mechanic give it a once-over for peace of mind, and it got the seal of approval with the added bonus that it drives brilliantly. The customer service I received from all at LVMC was outstanding; I couldn’t fault them. The sales guy addressed all our questions and allowed us to explore the car on our own, which was a refreshing change from the usual sales pressure. A few days later, he called to walk me through something in the car I couldn't figure out. I am overall very happy with all aspects including the price - all cars there are really well priced.
