My friend had a Jaguar XF and always raved about how great it was, so when I was in the market for a new car, I knew I wanted to take a look at one. LVMC had a Jaguar XF available that was in excellent condition and offered plenty of space for the grandkids, making it a no-brainer for me. I took the car for a test drive, and it drove just as good as it looked. The buying process was surprisingly easy, and before I knew it, I was driving it home in no time. I’m thrilled with my choice!

Everything went well with LVMC in the purchase of my Astra, the customer service was to my standards. They had lots of time for me, offered me a test drive, and took their time to explain all the paperwork to me, which was greatly appreciated. Since having the Astra, all has been perfect!

So far, touch wood there have been no problems, and I am enjoying the Audi A4. Customer service was bang on; the salesman was a nice bloke who answered all our questions and gave us a test drive. Although I haven’t driven it extensively, I’m satisfied with its performance based on the amount of use it’s had. Customer service was very good; I was extremely happy with the work they completed, including adding parking sensors and all the other little bits. The process was straightforward, with all paperwork prepared in advance and the car delivered clean. They communicated throughout the delivery. I would refer others to them and would return if I find another car I like that these guys have.

The car is great and is performing exceptionally well. I did have my own mechanic give it a once-over for peace of mind, and it got the seal of approval with the added bonus that it drives brilliantly. The customer service I received from all at LVMC was outstanding; I couldn’t fault them. The sales guy addressed all our questions and allowed us to explore the car on our own, which was a refreshing change from the usual sales pressure. A few days later, he called to walk me through something in the car I couldn't figure out. I am overall very happy with all aspects including the price - all cars there are really well priced.

Bang on customer service, had a test drive, talked about the car and all the smaller details. Covered the paperwork and walked away a happy customer. Really good experience, and luckily it was all smooth going. I had no problems with LVMC.
